P18 MK2 Wash HP 1.100W
P18 MK2 Wash HP (High Power) 1100W

General
LED-based moving head wash light with a white LED light source with 1100 watts. Due to the optical properties, the headlight should be used as a wash light.
Light source standard
The headlight should be equipped with a white 1100W light source. The headlight should produce at least 40000 lumens of output. The color temperature should be approx. 7200 Kelvin. The CRI is said to be greater than 70. The light source should be flicker-free with a max. Repetition frequency of 3 kHz.
Optical system
Requirements for the optical properties of the headlamp are a defined light beam with minimal scattered light, a minimum beam angle of 13 ° and a maximum beam angle of 65 ° (1/10 peak) (1:5). The front lens should consist of a Fresnel lens.
Control
It is controlled via DMX512. The control should be possible via cable as well as a radio DMX built in as standard. A WLAN / Bluetooth module for controlling the headlamp is also to be integrated. The control of the LED module should be possible in at least two different control curves (linear and exponential). Pan / tilt, the color mixing and the rotations / positioning should be controllable in 16bit. The dimmer must work absolutely continuously from 0-100%. In order to adapt to different camera systems, different repetition frequencies (up to 3 kHz) should be selectable for the LED module via DMX / RDM.
Control
The headlamp should be controlled with the control protocols DMX512, RDM, Artnet, sACN, have 5-pin lockable XLR connectors and 2 lockable Ethernet connections (IN and OUT) for connecting the data lines. The selection and storage of all device settings that can be set by the user is to be carried out via an operating panel on the headlamp with a graphic color touch LCD display or via the data line in connection with a control unit. The graphic display should be rotatable. The headlight should have a battery backup for setting the headlight properties, e.g. for setting the DMX address. The headlight should have the option of at least 20 program steps that can be saved on the device. Several headlights should be able to be connected together in the form of a series connection, with one device acting as a master, the program settings of which are to be adopted by the connected headlights.
The spotlight should have a built-in receiver module for control via radio DMX at the factory. The protocol of the radio module must be compatible with lumen radio transmitters.
Five different cooling modes should be able to be set on the headlight, with the quietest mode a volume of 28 dB (A) should be achieved.
Effect unit
The effect unit should have 2 color wheels one with 7 full or semi colors and one with 7 conversion filters, 1 gobo wheel with rotating and interchangeable Gobos, sparkle effect via the effect engine. In addition, the effect unit should also have an 18 slats iris, an aperture slide module (+-65 ° rotatable – each blade +- 28°) with 4 apertures, each aperture completely closing, 2 stepless, interchangeable frost filters and focus. The zoom range should cover at least 13 ° - 65 ° (1/10 peak) (1:5). The color mixing should take place via CMY with a variable CTO.

Installation
The headlamp should have a base and be operated in any position. The headlamp should be installed with two omega brackets that can be screwed together with clamps. The omega brackets should be able to be mounted on the headlamp with Camloc quick-release fasteners. A reinforced anchor point on the basement of the headlight for a safety rope must be available.
Mains connection and power supply
The headlight should be able to be operated with the mains voltages of 100V - 240V and 50 - 60 Hz. The power consumption should be at a maximum of 1500VA. The headlight should have powerCON TRUE1 IN / OUT connections.
Cleaning and maintenance
The headlamp should be as service-friendly as possible. These include easy-to-clean lenses, effects and air filters, as well as slide-in technology for CMY / CTO, color wheels, iris and shutter slides. The slide-in modules must be designed so that they can be pulled out without any tools and additional disconnection of the cable connections! The optical system should be dust-proof. If necessary, the LED module should be able to be replaced by the experienced user himself and without soldering.
Surrounding
The headlamp should be operated in a dry, well-ventilated environment, the temperature of which does not exceed 40 ° C.
Dimensions and weight
Maximum dimensions: W 475 x H 755 x D 307 mm. Weight: 30kg
