D5-CUBE The system is to consist of a passively separated 2-way loudspeaker, which is driven and protected by a special controller output stage. The loudspeaker shall contain a 5 inch loudspeaker in a bass reflex tuned cabinet for the low frequency range. The used loudspeakers should be impregnated weatherproof. In the high frequency range, a pressure chamber driver with a 1.75-inch ring diaphragm is to be used, which is in coaxial arrangement with the bass loudspeaker. The pressure chamber driver used should be coupled to a symmetrical horn with a 90° dispersion angle. The continuous load capacity of the system shall be 125 Watt RMS. The loudspeaker should have a nominal impedance of 16 Ohm. The usable system bandwidth should be 90 Hertz to 30,000 Hertz (-3 dB). The maximum peak sound pressure level should be 117 dB, measured with pink noise at a distance of 1 m, under half-space conditions and with a crest factor of 6. The loudspeaker cabinet should be made of birch multiplex and sealed with a weather- and moisture-resistant polyurea coating (PU). The front of the loudspeaker should be covered with felt. Its physical dimensions should be 160 mm in width, 160 mm in height and 160 mm in depth. The loudspeaker should weigh 3.5 kg. The loudspeaker should have M6 mounting points with which special accessories can be mounted. By means of a 3/8-inch thread, the loudspeaker box should be able to be screwed directly onto a microphone stand. With a U-bracket included in the scope of delivery, the loudspeaker box can be mounted in horizontal and vertical orientation. The loudspeaker box should be connected via two 4-pole SpeakON sockets. The manufacturer's warranty should be 5 years.
