The system is to consist of a passively separated 2-way loudspeaker, which is driven and protected by a special controller output stage. The loudspeaker shall contain a 5 inch loudspeaker in a bass reflex tuned aluminium cabinet for the low frequency range. The used loudspeaker should be impregnated weatherproof. In the high-frequency range, a pressure chamber driver with a 1-inch ring diaphragm is to operate, which is located in a coaxial arrangement with the bass loudspeaker. The pressure chamber driver used should work on a phase plug that produces a horizontal dispersion angle of 360° and a vertical dispersion angle of 120°. The continuous load capacity of the system shall be 150 Watt RMS. The loudspeaker should have a nominal impedance of 16 Ohm. The usable system bandwidth should be 80 Hertz to 20,000 Hertz (-3 dB). The maximum peak sound pressure level shall be 118 dB, measured with pink noise at a distance of 1 m, under half-space conditions and with a crest factor of 6. The loudspeaker cabinet shall be made of weather and moisture resistant aluminium and sealed with a weather and moisture resistant paint (standard: RAL7021) and a clear varnish. The circumferential sound outlet duct should be backed with a waterproof and acoustically neutral mesh. Its physical dimensions should be 160 mm in width, 384 mm in height and 160 mm in depth. The weight of the loudspeaker should be 5.4 kg. The loudspeaker box shall have a fixed base plate which functions as a stand. With 4 screw holes in the 4 corners of the base plate, it should be possible to screw and anchor the speaker system. The loudspeaker box should be connected by means of a fixed SpeakON loudspeaker cable (length 1m). The manufacturer's warranty should be 5 years.

OMNiO5 is a professional full-range 2-way 360° surround system for touring and installation applications. It has a transmission range of 80Hz - 20kHz (-6dB), an AES power of 150 W and can reach a peak level of 128 dB (6dB Crest). The radiation pattern is 120° vertically and 360° horizontally. The system is operated, controlled and monitored by an external CODA AUDIO LINUS system amplifier.
