The effect lamp shall be an LED Strobe with 216 CREE XP L Coolwhite-LEDs, which allows individual control of the LEDs in 12 segments. A continuous operation with a beam of 86° of the Strobe-LEDs shall be guaranteed. Additionally there shall be 1320 Osram LRTB GVTG RGB-LEDs as colour wash backlight with a beam angle of 148° implemented, which is individual controllable in 2 x 6 segments. The fixture has the following photometrics: Red full on 2,048lm, Green full on 6,322lm, Blue full on 1,561lm, RGB full on 8,477lm, white tube full on 42,604lm and entire RGB+W tube full on 44,397lm. The PWM Frequency of the LEDs shall be flexible and adjustable via DMX in a range of 582 to 618 Hz or set to fix 1,200 or 2,400Hz. The head of the lamp shall be motorized in 16bit and can be tilt for 182° with position feedback and Tilt Lock. Strobe and Backlight LEDs shall be electronically dimmable by 0-100% following three different dimmer curves. The flash frequency is adjustable in the range of 0,289 - 16,67 Hz with a duration of 7-650 ms and offers effects like Pulse, Ramp Up/down and Random. All Backlight Segments can be individually controlled in intensity in Red, Green and Blue or via a free adjustable Colour temperature Channel from 2,500 K – 10,000K. For comfortable programming the strobe offers plenty of internal macro and crossfade effects. The Fixture configuration and a manual control shall be possible via an internal battery powered graphic display with four button control. The power supply is done via Neutrik powerCON TRUE1 input and in a voltage range of 100-240 VAC / 50-60Hz with typical power consumption of 1200 Watt @ 230V. The control of all functionalities shall be enabled by the data protocol USITT DMX-512 which will be connected via XLR 5-pin input & output sockets and offers 5 different control modes with 14, 17, 23, 62, 68 channels. The installation can be done in any orientation at a maximum ambient temperature of 104°F. When used in a free-standing application there shall be rubber feet on the base for anti-slip purposes. In case of a horizontal installation there shall be an optional installation bracket available. Via 4 Camlock-Sockets it shall be possible to fix two Omega Brackets on the basement for vertical hanging installation. For an accurate string of a couple of fixtures there shall be an integrated alignment system. A fold out eyelet should be available for an additional safeguarding. The metal housing shall be in black colour with a weight of 25.6 lbs, a depth of 5.9 in , a wide of 15.3 in and a high with vertical head of 9.8 in.

The JDC1 contains a traditional single tube element with an incredible clear, bright white output and combines that with a surrounding full face of RGB LED power, utilizing 1,440 high quality LED’s. The possibilities are endless as these two elements have independent control and can be used as separate pieces, or combined for stunning effects.
Along with working as a powerful strobe light, both the tube and the full face sections can be run continuously for high output blinder and wash light effects, which never reduce output or have thermal cutouts.
